The Company now owns 10,00,000 Equity shares which comprise of 50.13 % of its total paid-up equity share capital. After the said acquisition, M/s LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited becomes subsidiary of the Company. It may further be noted that M/s LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited also has a wholly owned subsidiary Company M/s LNJ Institute of Skills & Technology Private Limited.
M/s LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited and M/s LNJ Institute of Skills &Technology Private Limited both operate in the field of skill development and related activities.
