| Exchange Received Time 01/05/2018 20:03:52 Exchange Disseminated Time 01/05/2018 20:03:56 Time Taken 00:00:04 | We wish to inform you that the Company is in receipt of decision dated 1st May, 2018 of RARE Asset Reconstruction Private Limited (Rare ARC - an Asset Reconstruction Company registered under Section 3 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002), pursuant to Section 9 (1) (g) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 as amended from time to time for conversion of part of the outstanding debt amounting to Rs.32.80/- crores into equity shares.
Consequent upon the aforementioned decision being communicated, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 2nd May, 2018, to take note of this decision and to take consequent action.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company remain closed from 2nd May, 2018 to 4th May, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of this board meeting. The Trading Window will be opened from 5th May,
