The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 11, 2018 to May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBJ (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company's shares. |
