We wish to inform you that the Company has issued Commercial Paper of Rs. 40.00 Crore value dated 28th February, 2018 having maturity on 28th March, 2018.
The aforesaid issuance of commercial papers is to reduce high interest bearing cash credit limits and in turn reducing cost of borrowing.
