| Exchange Received Time 08/06/2018 11:24:21 Exchange Disseminated Time 08/06/2018 11:24:25 Time Taken 00:00:04 | Pursuant to approval of the members of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 30, 2018 & Chapter VII of the SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2009, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on June 8, 2018, allotted 1,27,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs.5 to GAMNAT Pte Ltd on Preferential Basis at the price of Rs 783.50 per equity share.
Consequently, with effect from June 8, 2018, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.1,14,66,04,775 consisting of 22,93,20,955 equity shares of Rs.5 each.
The aforementioned shares rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
