With reference to the Circular No.: SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated 20th April, 2018, issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ('SEBI'), the Company through its Registrar and Transfer Agent was required to obtain the copy of PAN Card and Bank details from all the shareholders holding shares in physical form.
Further to the amendment in the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, vide notification no. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/24 dated June 8, 2018, issued by SEBI, has mandated to hold securities in dematerialized mode for the purpose of effecting transfer of securities w.e.f December 5, 2018.
Further the Company was required to send three reminders to the shareholders and hence, company has sent three reminders to the shareholders on the following dates :19 July 2018, 31 October 2018 and 1 December 2018.
