This is with reference to Annexure 1 of the disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 dated March 23, 2018 regarding the merger of Bio Energy Venture 1 (Mauritius) Pvt. Ltd. with Tata Chemicals Limited.
In Table Number 2 of Point Number 1 (Name of the entities forming part of the amalgamation/merger, details of brief such as size, turnover etc.) the term 'Total Revenue for nine months ended March 31, 2017' be read as 'Total Revenue for the year ended March 31, 2017'.
