With reference to the earlier notice dated 06.07.2018 regarding Intimation of Trading Window Closure, we would like to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on 13th July,2018 is postpone to the 30th July, 2018, Now the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall continue to close and will reopen 48 hours after the forthcoming Board meeting going to be held on 30th July, 2018.
