Subject: Appointment of Managing Director of the Company
In connection with the captioned subject, this is to inform you that on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Paresh Zaveri (DIN: 01240552) as the Managing Director of the Company under Section 196, 197 and 203, read with Schedule V and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 ('including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment thereof, for the time being in force) and the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014. The details pertaining to such appointment, as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015 are given in Annexure A.
Mr. Paresh Zaveri will continue to be the Chairman of the Board in addition to his responsibilities as the Managing Director of the Company.
