1. Sub - division (Split) of Equity Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 2/- per share.
2. Alteration of 'Capital Clause - V' of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. Alteration of 'Article 4 (a) - Share Capital' in Articles of Association of the Company.
The Postal Ballot Notice along with other documents as required, is being sent to Members whose names appear in the Register of Members / Beneficial Owners as on March 23, 2018 (cut -off date).
The Company has engaged the services of Karvy Computershare Private Limited ('Karvy') as the agency to provide e-voting facility. The voting through Postal Ballot and through e-voting will commence from Friday, April 06, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and shall end on Saturday, May 05, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. (IST). The results of the Postal Ballot will be declared on or before 5.00 p.m., Tuesday, May 08, 2018.
