1.To consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results of the Company for the last quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018.
2.Any other business as per the permission of the Chairman.
Further, Pursuant to Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees and dependents covered under the Code from the close of business hours of May 21, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
