The Postal Ballot Notice, along with the other documents, are being sent today to all the Shareholders whose names appears in the register of Members /Beneficial owners received from the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Services Depository Limited(CDSL) as on May 18,2018 (Cut-off date)seeking their approval as set out in the notice. Copy of which is enclosed.
The Company has appointed Karvy Computershare Private Limited for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all Members .The voting through e-voting will commence from Monday, June 04, 2018, and shall end on Tuesday, July 03,2018. The results of the postal Ballot will be announced on or before Friday, July 06, 2018.
