Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for 'Designated Person' from Friday, October 26, 2018 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting.
It means that the designated persons of the Company shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Friday, October 26, 2018 till Wednesday, November 14, 2018 (both days inclusive).
