Committee of the Company held on 09 April, 2018, wherein the Committee has
approved the issue and allotment of 20,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to
the exercise of options by the grantees under Minda Employee Stock Option
Scheme 2016.
The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of these aforesaid
shares with the stock exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE.
The paid up share capital of the company will accordingly increase from
Rs. Rs.17,40,82,310 to Rs.17,41,22,310.
The new equity shares issued shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares
of the company. |
