"We refer to our intimation dated 22 December 2017 sent earlier to you informing you about the postal ballot results w.r.t the matters as set out in the Notice dated 13 November 2017 which inter alia include amendment of the Articles of Association (AoA) of the Company to incorporate enabling provisions in the AoA with respect to consolidation and re-issuance of debt securities as suggested by SEBI in its circular CIR/IMD/DF-1/67/2017 dated 30 June 2017 by insertion of Clause No. 9A after Clause No. 9 in Chapter I of the AoA as approved by the shareholders of the Company.
In this regard please note that above said intimation is also in compliance with, and pursuant to, SEBI circular CIR/IMD/DF-1/67/2017 dated 30 June 2017." |
