| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/04/2018 16:38:51 | With reference to the earlier letter dated April 18, 2018, with respect to meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 03, 2018, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has now informed BSE that Board of Directors at the meeting inter-alia will also consider to recommend the following:
1. To raise funds by issue of Equity Shares / convertible Bonds through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) / GDR / ADR / FCCBs / FCEBs / Convertible Securities.
2. To issue Secured / Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis.
3. To recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, the Company also informed that the Company will have Analyst/ Investor Meet on May 03, 2018 to discuss the financial performance of the Company. |
