However the PDF attached was proper with respect to the date of the meeting and address.
Now, we are filing revised Intimation of Closure of Trading Window.
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2018 at 11:30 A.M at the Registered office of the company situated at Gala No. 101, 102, 103, 1st Floor, Raja Industrial Estate, Sarvoday Nagar, Jain Mandir Road, Mulund (West) Mumbai 400 080 to take on record the un-audited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2018.
Further, in view of the ensuing Board meeting, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMP's /Designated Employees / connected persons of the Company from November 5, 2018 to November 15, 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition Of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders.
