In continuation of our intimation dated 25th July, 2018 regarding above mentioned subject, this is to inform in terms of Regulation 30 (4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, that due to organizational requirement, M/s Oil and Natural Gas Ltd. (ONGC) has informed to the Company vide email dated 7th August, 2018 that Shri Shashi Shankar, CMD, ONGC, shall continue to be the nominee of ONGC on the Board of Petronet LNG Limited (PLL).
In view of the above, Shri Shashi Shankar shall continue to be Additional Director on the Board of PLL.
