held on May 25, 2018, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2018;
2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-2018.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2018 to May 27, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company's aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives. |
