| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/05/2018 17:30:34 | Shalimar Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2018, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2018.
Further, the Board will also consider various options for fund raising including issue of further shares on rights basis (Rights Offer).
For the above said purpose and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2018 to May 25, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and all designated employees of the Company for prevention of Insider Trading. |
