1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2018, along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period; and
2. To consider declaration of an interim dividend.
The trading window has been closed from June 21, 2018 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended June 30, 2018 are made public on July 31, 2018. |
