The Company had received request on 10.09.2018 for transfer of 19,62,000 Equity Shares of Mr. Rishab Kumar Agarwal (promoter) to Mr. Virender Kumar Agarwal (another Promoter) by way of Gift.
The Company & Promoter both had already Communicated to Bombay Stock Exchage on 12.09.2018 under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Share & Takeovers Regulation,2011 and Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015, for the above transfer.
The Company came to know on receipt of shareholding pattern from RTA and from the Promoter, that there was a mistake while filling up the Depository Slip for transfer of Shares by way of Gift of 19,62,000 Equity Shares From Mr. Rishab Kumar Agarwal having PAN Number-AJAPA7265J to Mr. Virender Kumar Agarwal having PAN Number-AAGPA7283H.
Demat Account of Virender Kumar Agarwal (HUF), ( Promoter) was wrongly written instead of Mr. Virender Kumar Agarwal, and the Share has been transferred into the account of Virender Kumar Agarwal(HUF) having PAN no:AAFHV4238Q.
Now the Promter has initiated the Action to rectify the Error, Kindly take the matter on your record.
The objective of Transfer and Acquisition was for investment perspective and not with the objective of seeking any controlling interest As there is no change in the total holding of Equity share of the Company.
