In this regard, we hereby confirm that as disclosed the Company had received a communication from SEBI confirming that an investigation has been instituted. The Company has already submitted requisite responses to the same. We also confirm that in terms of the said investigation, SEBI has ordered a forensic audit in the matter of the Company. Further, as disclosed, the Company had received a communication from SFIO, seeking information and documents. The Company has already submitted its responses and continues to co-operate with SFIO in relation to their information requests. However with reference to the findings of the SFIO, in terms of the said matter and their communication to the MCA we wish to clarify that we are not privy to such findings if any made by SFIO or regarding such findings having been submitted to the MCA. The Company is committed to fully co-operating with the relevant regulatory authorities in respect said matters. |
