This has a further reference to the intimation given on November 01, 2018 for the proposed Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2018.
In addition to the said intimation and in terms of Regulation 29 (1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company shall on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 also consider the proposal for buy-back of equity shares. The outcome of the board meeting shall be disseminated to the Stock Exchange in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
