| Exchange Received Time 12/04/2018 19:50:52 Exchange Disseminated Time 12/04/2018 19:50:59 Time Taken 00:00:07 | It is herewith informed to you that Fortis Healthcare Limited ('the Company') today i.e. April 12, 2018 has received an unsolicited binding offer from Hero Enterprise Investment Office ('Hero' or 'Munjals') and Burman Family Office ('Burmans') with a proposal to invest INR 1,250 crores into the Company through Preferential Allotment Route (i.e. Rs. 500 Crore binding offer immediately and Rs. 750 Crore post diligence to be completed within three weeks), subject to certain conditions as mentioned in the offer letter. The said proposal is under evaluation by the Company and we will keep the stock exchanges informed accordingly.
