This is to inform you that in terms of Company''s ''Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of trading by Insiders'' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees (as per the Code) from Friday, 11th May, 2018 to Tuesday, 22nd May,2018(inclusive of both days). The Trading Window will re-open on Wednesday, 23rd May,2018.
