This is with reference to our letter dated August 31, 2018, wherein we had informed about the dates of closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company, from Monday, September 10, 2018 to Monday, September 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the 30h Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018.

In this regard, we wish to inform you that inadvertently, the date of commencement of closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books has been mentioned as Monday, September 10, 2018 instead of Saturday, September 15, 2018.

Therefore, we hereby request you to take on record, the following period of closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company:
From Saturday, September 15, 2018 to Monday, September 17, 2018 (both days inclusive)
