The 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Orient Cement Limited will be held on Friday, 17th day of August, 2018 at 2:00 P.M at Unit -VIII, Plot No. 7, Bhoinagar, Bhubaneswar-751012, Odisha.
2. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 13th August, 2018 to Friday, 17th August, 2018, both days inclusive, for AGM and for determining the entitlement of the shareholders to the final dividend for 2017-18.
3. The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the AGM, will be credited/ dispatched by 30th August, 2018 to those members whose names shall appear on the Company's Register of Members as on book closure date.
