In this regard, the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana has issued a fresh certificate of incorporation dated 7th April, 2018 certifying the said change in the name of the Company.
Consequently, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with para A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, brief of the amendments in the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company is as under:
Name of the Company has been changed from Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited to JTEKT India Limited wherever appearing, in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. Copy of the amended Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company along with the fresh certificate of incorporation are attached herewith.
