March 31, 2018 and also to recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated/specified employees of the Company from May 18, 2018 to June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive) i.e. till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public. |
