In continuation to our earlier letter no. JBMA/SEC/2018-19/37 dated 28th July, 2018, we wish to clarify and inform that our proposal for enabling the fund raising through Non- convertible debentures also includes various available options / instruments including QIP on private placement basis in terms of Sections 42 and 71 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the applicable SEBI guidelines and SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2018 subject to the Shareholders approval, shall be placed before the Board of Directors of the Company for their consideration and approval.
