Sub: Closure of Trading Window
We hereby inform that in terms of the Insider Trading Code of the Bank, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Bank has been closed from Tuesday, June 26, 2018 upto two trading days after the date of publication of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2018, for Bank's Employees / Directors / Promoters and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly.
