We also enclose a copy of the Limited Review Report of the aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results issued by Krishnan & Giri, Chartered Accountants, dated 14.02.2018, being the statutory auditors of the Company.
Further, the extracts of the results shall be published in the newspaper in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI ( LODR) Regulations, 2015.
