We refer to our letter dated 30 March, 2018 informing you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on 21 May, 2018 to consider and approve inter-alia Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2018.
We write to inform you that at the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors is also expected to consider a proposal for recommendation of dividend on equity share capital of the Company.
