| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/05/2018 16:17:20 | KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2018, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018;
2. Recommend dividend, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018; and
3. Approve the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on Private Placement Basis, in one or more tranches from time to time, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company
Further, pursuant to the Code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders ("the Code”) of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and Designated Persons, shall remain closed from May 08, 2018 to May 16, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open from May 17, 2018. |
