We are also taking steps to issue a public notice in English and in regional language in accordance with Regulation 47(1)(a) of the Regulations.
Further, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insiders in Securities of the Company, the 'Trading window' remains closed from 1st July 2018 till 5th August 2018 (both days inclusive) in connection with the impending publication of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2018.
