With reference to the above cited subject and reference, we are pleased to inform you that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between M/s. Aurionpro Solutions Ltd (Demerged/Transferor Company) and M/s. Trejhara Solutions Ltd. (Resulting/ Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders, vide their Order dated 27th July 2018 (received by company on 31st July,2018) , a copy of the order is enclosed herewith.
