Noted that Mr. Kiyozumi Kamiki has rescinded the post of the Director as well as Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 30th June, 2018. Mr. Kamiki was deputed in JTEKT India Limited by JTEKT Corporation, Japan in the year 2013 and has successfully completed his term in office of five years as the Managing Director of the Company and thus will now be returning to Japan for his new role within JTEKT Corporation, Japan; and
Approved the appointment of Mr. Akihiko Kawano, as Additional Director and to hold the position of Managing Director in place of Mr. Kiyozumi Kamiki, with effect from 1st July, 2018. Mr. Kawano does not have any relationship with any other Director of the Company. A brief profile of Mr. Akihiko Kawano is attached herewith as Annexure - A.
