| Exchange Received Time 26/09/2018 18:46:41 Exchange Disseminated Time 26/09/2018 18:46:47 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., September 26, 2018 has approved the sale of the Hotel Unit owned by the Company at Visakhapatnam viz., 'The Gateway Hotel, Beach Road Visakhapatnam' 'as a going concern', on an 'as is where is' basis based on the recommendation of Investment Committee and authorized the Managing Director to negotiate, finalize and execute the transaction documents.
Additional disclosures as required under SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015, dated September 09, 2015 will be provided upon successful completion of the said sale transaction.
