The register of members and share transfer book of the Company will remain closed from 28th July, 2018 to 6th August, 2018 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 6th August, 2018 and dividend. The Ben pos date for the purpose of dividend will be 27th July, 2018.
