| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/05/2018 19:00:29 | NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, has recommended the payment of final dividend @ 2.8% of face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share (Rs. 0.28 per share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for the FY 2017-18, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.12 per equity share already declared in the month of February, 2018 thereby making total dividend for the FY 2017-18 to Rs. 1.40 per equity share, on the face value of Rs. 10/-
each. The final dividend for the FY 2017-18 of Rs. 0.28 per equity share, if declared at the ensuing AGM, will be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of AGM. |
