1) 3,690 (Three Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012); and
2) 77,230 (Seventy Seven Thousand Two Hundred and Thirty) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2014 (ESOS - 2014)
The details of the shares allotted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 under ESOS - 2012 and ESOS - 2014 are given in Annexure A and Annexure B respectively.
