In addition to the outcome of board meeting submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 21.08.2018 and as per the SEBI Circular dated June 20, 2018, and pursuant to the requirements of 'Regulation 30 Schedule 3 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015'we hereby submit the following in addition to Point II of the Original Outcome :
While Considering the appointment of the Mr. Meet k Rita, as an Additional cum Whole Time Director w.e.f 21st August 2018, the company and its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has verified that the said person who is being appointed as an Additional cum Whole Time Director of the Company is not debarred from holding office of director pursuant to any SEBI Order or any other such authority.
