In accordance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the copy of the same along with the Independent Auditors Review Reports on the same, for your records. The Board Meeting was commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 6:45 p.m.
Further we are also enclosing herewith the update on Company Performance for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017, for the purpose of updating our investors.
