| Exchange Received Time 10/04/2018 15:44:05 Exchange Disseminated Time 10/04/2018 15:44:14 Time Taken 00:00:09 | Pursuant to Regulation 10(6) read with Regulation 10(1)(a) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 ('Takeover Regulations'), we have received and transferred 1,25,805 (One Lac Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Five) Equity Shares of Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited from Mrs. Anu Sarang Wadhawan, Promoter of HDIL.
This being an 'inter-se' transfer of shares amongst Promoters, the same falls within exemptions under Regulations 10(1)(a)(ii) of Takeover Regulations.
In this connection, the necessary disclosure under Regulation 10(6) for the aforesaid transfer in the prescribed format is enclosed herewith for your information and records.
