Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2018, inter alia, has:

1. Declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.10/- per share for the financial year 2017-2018 on the Equity Shares of the Company.

2. Sub-division of existing one (1) equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up into two (2) (Two) equity shares of Re. 1/- each fully paid up, subject to the approval of shareholders and consequential alteration of Capital Clause of Memorandum of Association.

3. Alteration of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association.
