| Exchange Received Time 28/05/2018 14:04:57 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/05/2018 14:05:02 Time Taken 00:00:05 | Announcement in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that in the afternoon of Saturday, May 26, 2018, a fire broke out in one of the storage tanks at Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Limited's distillery division at Kinauni, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh during loading of ethanol in containers. The fire could be fully extinguished by evening of May 27, 2018 with help of State Fire Department along with army, and prevented from spreading to other areas in the factory including the residential colony. We are currently investigating the matter with the help of local law enforcement and District administration.
