This is to inform you that pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30.09.2018 from the end of the day of November 06, 2018 and would end after 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results. The said results will be considered by the Board of Directors at their meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th November, 2018.
