Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 22nd September, 2018 to Saturday, 29th September, 2018, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 29th September, 2018.
The Cut-off date for reckoning the voting rights of the members for remote e-voting and voting at the AGM venue is 22nd September, 2018.
