In compliance with the provisions of Meeting Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulation it is hereby informed that , a meeting of Board of Directors of K&R RAIL ENGINEERING LIMITED (Formerly known as Axis Rail India Limited) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 04:00 P.M. at 12-5-34 & 35/1 Vijapuri, South Lalaguda Secunderabad AP 500017 inter alia, to take up the following:
1. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited financial results for the Quarter and year ended on March 31st, 2018.
2. Any other matter with the permission of Chair, which may arise during the meeting.
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of un audited Financial Results of the Company from this date of notice and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public.
